The Telematics for Education group seeks to promote the use and applications of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), the creation of academic groups that favor research in education technology as well as educational innovation using ICTs.

Among its main objectives are: The educational Integration and innovation through the application of ICTs in the learning process to form academic groups trained in the use of telematics for educational purposes and to support the creation of innovative and interactive material according to contents and to the characteristics of the students to whom it is targeted; to use telematics tools as a means of information and dissemination of science and scientific research. In addition, there is a special interest in highlighting the advantages of using ICTs as a starting point to promote innovative didactic proposals that can be used inside and outside the classroom, for the representation and description of strategies, methodologies and procedures based on educational technology, that contribute to improve teaching – learning processes.
