Overview

ADiT promotes cutting-edge scientific research in the areas of engineering, (terrestrial and aquatic) biodiversity, paleontology and development of biomedical and medical equipment and processes through research, technological development and access to metal, wax and polymer additive manufacturing infrastructure as well as to vacuum casting systems, 3D digitization and X-ray Computed Tomography.

  • To foster research and development in the field of additive manufacturing (materials, processes, applications, among others).
  • To foster research and technological development using additive manufacturing technologies, 3D digitization and nondestructive testing in different fields of science.
  • To provide services related to the activities of MADIT, and its infrastructure, to the Mexican industry.
