Elsi Violeta Mejía-Uriarte

Dr. Elsi Mejía-Uriarte studied Physics at the University of Trujillo in Peru, and obtained his degree in 1996, and the M.Sc. in Science in 1999, in the same University and a Ph.D. in Science and Engineering Materials – National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2003.

Scholarship of the ICTP (International Center for Theoretical Physics) – CLAF (Latin American Center of Physics) 1999-2003.

He has published 26 papers in indexed journals with work in the areas of optical spectroscopy, high pressure, Raman spectroscopy and nanoparticles and nanostructures.

She has directed and direct the thesis work of 6 doctoral student, 5 master’s student and 4 undergraduate students, and she is currently working with another students.
