Verena Margitta-Moock

Verena Margitta Moock began her university career at the Technical University of Darmstadt in the area of ​​Mathematics and Computer Science. He wrote his Master’s thesis during an academic visit at the Mathematics Institute of the UNAM.

From 2010 to 2015 she carried out her Ph.D. project “Reconstruction of Photoacoustic Images in Heterogeneous Media” under the co-direction of Dr. Crescencio García-Segundo (ICAT-UNAM) and Dr. Edgar Garduño Ángeles (IIMAS-UNAM). She graduated in 2016 and straight away made a postdoctoral stay at the University of British Columbia at the “Seismic Laboratory for Imaging and Modeling” with Dr. Felix Herrmann.

Since September 2019 he joined ICAT as Associate Researcher “C” of T.C. to Dr. Leopoldo Ruiz Huerta of the MADiT National Laboratory.
